It's been over half a year, and this is still one of my favorite songs from you (not that I don't absolutely love your other songs though). It's slower paced, and hits hard on every beat. The atmosphere is set in a very interesting way, and is really well executed. Of course, the saxophone was also a fantastic part of the song, delivering a solid melody. This song is just absolutely great :]

I am aware of how popular this is, and you probably get this a lot, but I just have to say it, this is probably the best song on newgrounds! First off, the intro was very successful in beginning the song in a very suspenseful, and just flat out epic way. I don't think artists use piano as their starting instrument enough, it's a wonderful way to set the theme for a song, as your intro did. The guitar part was a good step into the upcoming buildup, generating a good sense of excitement. The first drop was just absolutely phenomenal! It was very unique when compared with other songs of this genre, and had a good sense of melody. To be honest, I feel a little bit more work could've been put into the second drop though. Sure, it's pleasant as the first one was, but that's because it was pretty much the first drop, with a different beat that didn't go as well with it as the original one did. But, everything else makes up for that, with the pleasant melody not being too repetitive and not too random, and the epic theme and execution of the song! PS: I'm also making a Geometry Dash Creator Contest entry with this song, and it's been going extremely well! Might not be as good as Niflheim, which is amazing, but still, this song is a joy to use! 10.5/10 :]

Dude, thanks so much for the legitimate review, that's awesome. I do realize that the second drop isn't much different from the first, and I'm sorry about that. However, this is almost 1 1/2 years old, and I have done a VIP version that is actually better than this, and it fixes the second drop. Good luck with your level!

This song has a great resemblance to Let's Bounce, my favorite song from you, and this one is really good too! First off, like I said in Moon Stride, this has a pretty consistent theme, so it is pretty easy to find out what the theme is, and I really like dark-themed songs. Infiltrate also has a lot of unique sounds and styling, like the section right after the ambient intro, and it really makes this song more fun to listen to! But, there are some things that brought it down a tiny bit. The bass in some parts was extremely subtle, and it took me a bit to realize it was there. Also, some parts just seem a bit empty to me. I don't exactly know how to explain that though, so it might just be me. Some parts were just a bit too repetitive, but most of the song you did pretty well with that. But even with that, this is still an incredible song. 4/5 :)

Thank you for taking the time to write a detailed review of how your experience was listening to this track. I appreciate the good feedback. Glad to hear you enjoyed this one :]

Wow. This song is just amazing. The intro was calm, and made a nice lead into the rest of the song, and the melody fit well with everything else extremely well. I also really appreciate how this song isn't abrupt, with nice transitions from melody to melody. Speaking of those transitions, I like how you kept the original melody from the very beginning, and added on to it, and polish it throughout the song, making the song much more epic. Also, 2:43 was definitely my favorite part. I just think that the instrument used for those 16 measures fit the song wonderfully. I do have a few issues though that brought this down half a star. First, the bass. The bass notes I find to be a bit too low in some parts. I know, the bass is supposed to be low, but, from experience from playing low brass and experimenting with FL Studio, that if they get too low, they sound a bit scratchy, and out of place. Also, in some parts, I think the bass was way too quiet. Most of the parts did fine with the bass though. Second, some of the parts seem a bit repetitive. Before I get into explaining this, repetition is good for techno, but some of the parts appeared way too much for this particular style. Other than that though, this is an amazing song, and I really wish I could give this a 5. Overall, this song is very well done, and fits the same theme throughout the song. 4.5/5 :) (sorry for the way-too-long review, got carried away)

I know, this is probably one of the oldest newgrounds songs out there being over 10 years old, but this is still an amazing song! There's just so any good things about this songs that aren't really done anymore! First off, the industrial intro. When I first heard this, sure, the intro kinda made me think that this was a very dark song from the intro(found it in GMD, all I could hear was the intro, level was too hard ;-;), but when I actually sat down and listened to it, it gave me a pleasant surprise! I personally think that industrial intros are a great idea, and are completely underused now. Second, the transitions. This song is kind of abrupt at some points, but in a good way. There's a quick fade, and the changes are never too drastic to be random, and not too similar to where the transition was pointless. The melody changes were also amazing! Again, not too drastic changes, but still changed. They add a pleasant sound to the overall song, and makes it way better. Overall, this is a fantastic song, and I wish there were more songs today that used these techniques. :)

I've listened to this song multiple times, and I just can't find anything wrong with this song. First off, this really fits the mysterious theme of the original two songs, if not better. The melody is great, and it's repetitive enough to where it's not just random notes composed together, and it's not too repetitive to where it gets too annoying to listen to. Good length for a song of this style as well, listening to this song is a great time passer for me. Overall, this is a magnificent song, with a pleasant melody and a very well emulated mysterious theme. 5/5 stars

Oh boy, where do you start with writing a review for one of waterflame's songs! There are so many aspects to this song that make it a masterpiece! The instrument choice fits the theme of the song very well, and I can't think of a better thing to replace them with to improve the melody, so good job on that! Like many of your other songs, this is not very repetitive, so I'm not stuck listening to the exact same part for over a minute. Sure some repetition is good, and this song demonstrated exactly how much you should use to make the perfect song(well, if your using this theme anyways, there are some themes where this doesn't apply, or applies even more)! I'm also glad that you seem to have kept the fact that this song is for a game like Geometry Dash in mind, and fit the theme extraordinarily well! I could see someone, myself included, making an extremely fun level out of this! Welp, I gotta get to work on a level with this song now, this song is just too good not too! Keep it up! =]

This song is absolutely MIND BLOWING! This song is definitely better than Even Horizon, with the increased orchestral and buildup time. The sounds in the drop fit the song very well, and even the tiniest transition was something I heavily admired! Something I think you should work on is perfecting the drops, because I don't want to sound like a jerk, but to me it seems you've gotten a bit rusty on this one compared to your other orchestral dubstep songs like Ichor. I think you should work on making it fit with the song a bit more. A problem with some dubstep songs is that the drop comes out of absolutely nowhere, and that problem really bothers me. It seems like a small problem(it is dubstep after all), but to me it really changes the song. You seem to have taken care of that problem with this one, but it could be a bit better. Anyways, good work Xtrullor, this is by far one of my favorite songs by you! :]

I admire you Xtrullor, I really do! But to me, this song could have been a bit better. First off, the orchestral part was amazing! Kinda has a Terran Era feel to it, except better... and shorter. If there was a bit more orchestral to the song, I'd like it a lot better! Normally, this wouldn't be that much of a problem, but this song's drop was pretty disappointing to me. Yeah it's pretty good compared to some other songs I've listened to, but something about it just feels a bit off in a song like this. I also was a bit irritated by the seemingly random sounds in the drop, and it just didn't quite fit with the rest of the song. Some of the drop was pretty cool doe! All in all, I think you've mastered the orchestral part, and maybe the buildup as well, but this drop could've been way better. Still a song worth listening to though, glad I did! Keep it up :]

Amazing as always, 17/10
